Ferniseringen på Jens Galschiøts kunstværk, de 70 flygtningeskulpturer ombord på kutter Anton, foregik i Randers fredag eftermiddag.
Blandt talerne ved begivenheden var Randers-borgmester Henning Jensen Nyhuus og Norddjurs-borgmester Jan Petersen. Begge bakkede varmt op om projektet, og Jensen Nyhuus opfordrede flere kommuner til at engagere sig direkte i kampen for en mere retfærdig verden.
Jens Galschiøt understregede i sit bidrag, at kunsten ikke kan afskaffe fattigdommen, men den kan bringe den ind i vore tanker og diskussioner.
De mange besøgende ved kutteren blev udover taler og skulpturer også diverteret med dans.
Anton ligger i Randers weekenden ud.
